How do I book and what are the rates?
The easiest way to confirm availability and book is to text (289) 200-2142. You can also email stpetebeachvacay@gmail.com, DM us on Instagram @stpetebeachvacay, or visit our Contact page.
Weekly Rates (7-night minimum):
- Peak Season (Feb–Apr & Holidays): $2,000 per week
- Shoulder Season (Jan, May, Oct–Nov): $1,500 per week
- Summer & Off-Peak (Jun–Sep): $1,200 per week
Monthly discounts available. We’ll send you exact pricing and availability for your dates upon request.
How close is the condo to the beach?
Under 5 minutes by car. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and a cooler are all provided.
Which airport should we fly into?
Tampa (TPA) is best (25–30 min). St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) is ~20 min. Orlando (MCO) often has cheaper flights (~2 hrs).
What are some fun things to do near the condo?
See our full Things to Do page! Highlights: St. Pete Beach (5 min), Fort De Soto Park, the Dalí Museum, local markets, restaurants, MLB Spring Training, and Disney/Universal day trips.
Is the condo suitable for families?
Yes — families love staying at our place.

No, pets are not allowed.
